DOOA PALUDA LIGHT 30/60 ‘Looking for lighting that recreates the ambience of a forest floor’

Paluda Light 30 and 60, RGB LED lighting uniquely developed by ADA, are designed to grow and illuminate characteristic jungle plants. With Paluda Light, you can enjoy the distinctive ambience of the tropical forest floor.
Development of Paluda Light 30/60
In addition to encouraging healthy growth of jungle plants, Paluda Light was developed to illuminate the shimmering blue leaves and the brightly colored flowers, promoting the tropical jungle ambience just as if they were seen in their natural habitats. With conventional white LED devices, they look yellowish and the colors of flowers appear dull. Moreover, even RGB LED lights developed specifically for aquatic plants cannot provide color appearance suitable enough for those terrestrial jungle plants because the growing conditions are different.

Creating tropical jungle-like wild scenery, where a wide variety of vegetation co-exists, is the real thrill of pludarium. In the tropical jungle, the sunlight is filtered through the forest canopy and many highly shade-tolerant plants, such as moss and ferns, are found in its hot and humid environment while orchids and other epiphytes grow on trees. Leaves are wet from rain and fog, glistening blue, and orchids bloom vibrantly. DOOA Paluda Light is a LED RGB lighting system designed to reproduce the colors of the shimmering blue leaves and the brightly colored flowers.

A color rendering comparison
In comparison with the white LED light on the left, Paluda Light at the bottom, equipped with RGB LEDs originally adjusted by ADA, successfully reproduces the unique atmosphere of a tropical jungle.

Light as an important growing condition
Under the optimized lighting of Paluda Light, various jungle plants grow healthily. If you want to reduce the light intensity, because of the layout design or types of the plants you use, affix the accessory Light Dimming Sticker onto the light diffusing surface to cut down on light by roughly 30%.
